The main goal of our project is systematich study, using ground base satellite measurements(see part 4 of our description devoted to the metodology of research) the presence of the disturbances in the upper ionosphere( at altitudes 460-660 km) caused by thunderstorms and the depandence of these effects on the phase of solar cycle.
