Investigation of solar x-ray emission processes allows for:
- diagnostics of energy release processes and physical conditions in the plasma of solar flares,
- hydrodynamic modeling of flare phenomena,
- determining the chemical composition of the plasma in the structures of the solar corona,
- space weather forecasting.
