The organization of the first clean-room in the CBK PAN began before 2000, while the latest upgrade was completed in 2022. The total area of the room is 90m2. Cleanliness is maintained at ISO7 better/equivalent level. Cleanliness inspection is carried out periodically, with the possibility of additional inspection upon request. Temperature is controlled and maintained at 22oC +/-3oC; humidity is controlled and maintained at 50%, +/-10%.
The clean-room at CBK PAN is an EPA (ESD Protected Area) type room.
