The Gender Equality Plan defines a set of activities aimed at promoting gender equality through institutional and cultural changes in organizations, research and innovation. In the nomenclature adapted by the European Union, the acronym GEP (Gender Equality Plan) is used to describe these plans.

The Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences has a Gender Equality Plan approved for 2022-26.
